Perfect Vibrant Health Course

This remotely-delivered Perfect Vibrant Health course offers a five-step exploration of mind-body medicine and Ayurveda. It is designed for individuals who have a basic or even no previous understanding of these transforming concepts, yet is customizable for those with pre-existing Ayurvedic knowledge.  Each of the five lessons include instruction in the practical tools and techniques of mind-body practices that you can immediately begin using in your daily life.

In addition, you will gain knowledge of applicable functional nutrition concepts that can be applied to your specific health needs to compliment or supplement your doctor’s protocols or methods. 

Session One  You are introduced to the foundational principles of Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga as well as the three primary mind-body doshas or constitutions: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.  Honoring these individual natural tendencies on a more daily basis gives you a feel greater vibrancy and self-confidence.

Session Two  You become empowered to select the most nourishing foods for your mind-body type. Putting into action some key Ayurvedic nutritional practices helps you return to and maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight, and optimized digestion.

Session Three  You gain tools and practices for rejuvenation and renewal. You are able to identify and eliminate toxins that accumulate in the mind and body. In addition, you learn gentle rejuvenating practices, holistic techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, a personal daily routine for balance and health, and a few for secrets of restful sleep.

Session Four   Learn why emotional freedom is key to our physical, mental, and emotional health. The in-depth practices and techniques of conscious communication, biological responses and steps of emotional release can completely transform your relationships and help you experience more peace and joy in your life.

Session Five delves into the healing power of the five senses: sound, touch, sight, taste, and smell. You will learn how to strengthen the body’s inner pharmacy by using specific tools that use each of your senses to heal, nourish, and balance your mind-body.

In the final Session, we will review most of the concepts and check in with how you’ve applied them and how your mind-body is responding to the changes you’ve made! This is a wonderful session that brings it all together and reveals your next steps on your journey to perfect vibrancy!

Meditations ~~ You will experience these generally at the start of each session, with the intention of bringing a stabilizing and grounding energy to and connection with your Essence.

Soul Questions ~~ To bring you to center….to your Sourced Self.  We ask these during meditations and throughout the sessions as a way to bring highest priority to your Sacred and own Source of Grace-filled Power.

Sun Salutations ~~ Incorporating these seated and standing yoga asanas brings awareness to your Form…your body.  This loving attention then activates your healthy life vigor (Ojas) within.  Sun salutations have an instant effect of releasing the “crunchies” of the day.
